My stab at blogging...

After reading and admiring many blogs, I've finally decided to try it myself. Life is busy and fun at the Garrity house!

For the 4th of July we camped out, roasted a whole pig in a pit, and created a 100 foot water slide which was a big hit. This week our boys are all away, in 3 different states, so we are enjoying a rare quiet slow paced week. We joined the YMCA a couple weeks ago and have loved the workouts, raquetball, basketball, and swimming. It's nice to have somewhere we can all go as a family. These boys are growing up on us fast, and we realize these moments with them are fleeting. Wesley is 15, Dakota is almost 15, and Caleb is almost 13. Every day is wild & crazy around here with 3 teenagers in tow :)

Mike & I have been married now for 9 months. In some ways it seems like those months have flown by...and in other ways I don't remember NOT being married to him. He's an amazing man. I love his work ethic, his gentle spirit, his love for his family, his wisdom and discernment, and so many other things. I'm incredibly thankful for him being in my life.

I am blessed indeed...
